Create your Spaces
Spaces are a simple way to separate Items into locations or a collection of things. Add a Space for your home, office, job site, rental building, warehouses etc. You can also create sub-spaces in any space - for rooms or places.
Share any Space: Invite family, co-workers or clients to collaborate or view items or ideas in any Space! Everyone can add items and receipts, add notes and images, create reminders or tasks and more.
Moving? Create a Space called ‘Moving’, then link existing items to it with new packing photos. Then unlink these items once they’ve arrived undamaged.
Add your Items
An Item can be anything; fortunately, we categorize items to ensure you collect the correct information desired for each category. We include equipment, vehicles, tools, appliances, furniture, art, collections, clothing, valuables, etc. - but you can create your own categories to track specific things.
You can create unlimited notes and photos, reminders, receipts, and warranties for any item you add. UPC and Barcodes allow you to quickly add items, with Itemtopia automatically adding in all of the details of the item you scanned. Items can also be grouped together however you choose, giving you ultimate control over how you organize your items.

Add utilities, insurance, cleaning services, and internet plans and easily link them to their appropriate location, items, or people/pets. Each profile you add allows you to attach the items they own or have in their possession. Add notes, keep health or personal info, track training or achievement info, add documents, and create appointment reminders.
