Renters: Group Renters into the Buildings/Apts. they are in, and set monthly reminders for when their payment is due. Link all the items you own to their respective apartments and keep a service history if each item. You can even get reminded when the rental payment is due and confirm payment.

Overview: Each person you add allows you to attach the items they own or have in their possession.
